James Gilberd will be running
a workshop at Photospace on World Pinhole Day,
Sunday 28th April, 2013, from 10:30AM to around 3.30pm.
As a complete contrast to photographing with your new whizzy-do digital camera, how about making your own camera and developing your own super wide angle
photographs in our darkroom?
No photographic experience is necessary, and the workshop is heaps of fun, creative and inspiring.
Be among the first people in the world to upload your favourite image to the World Pinhole Day exhibition website
www.pinholeday.org.
We have run a workshop every year since the inception of World Pinhole Day in 2001.
New reduced workshop fee: $75.00 all inclusive.
Please note: as this is a popular workshop, it pays to book early. Places are limited.
Email James Gilberd at Photospace ASAP
to reserve your place.
Gift vouchers are available for this workshop. It makes an ideal gift for anyone with an interest in photography who wants to experiment and broaden their creative outlook.
We will help you make your own pinhole
camera out of a Pringles can (!), then go out onto the streets and make photos, which you can develop yourself in our darkroom.
Later, we will scan your favourite photo
and upload the image to the exhibition site.
No darkroom
experience or other photographic knowledge is
needed to enjoy the day's activities. This workshop is enjoyable for beginners and experienced photographers alike.
