Photospace studio - commercial photography
Photospace studio offers a versatile commercial and general photography
service based in central Wellington. The office/gallery is at 1/37 Courtenay Place, the studio is in Dixon St.

While most of our commercial work is undertaken using digital capture and Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom post production, there are good reasons for using
film for
some jobs, especially at the more creative end of things.
We are one of the only commercial studios currently using film, colour and black & white, 35mm, medium and large format.
We also have a darkroom and the skills to do film developing and printing by hand, the old way!

James Gilberd is an experienced, full-time photographer and
holds a Bachelor of Design (photography) degree from Victoria
University/Wellington Polytechnic (1996), as well as a Certificate
of Professional Photography from Wellington Polytechnic (1987).
